Do I need an account to book?
You can browse every stay without an account. Log in when you are ready to request or instantly reserve dates.
When will I be charged?
Request-to-book stays are charged only after host approval, identity verification, and the signed rental agreement. Instant Book holds the dates while you complete those same requirements.
Why is identity verification required?
Identity verification protects guests, hosts, and properties. StayKind records the verification status and does not display identification documents to hosts.
Where can I find house rules and cancellation terms?
Each public listing page shows its rules, safety disclosures, cancellation policy, amenities, approximate location, and local information before you book.
Is the exact property address public?
No. Public maps show an approximate area. The exact address is provided only as part of a confirmed reservation.
How do I ask a host a question?
Open the full listing page and use Ask the host. You must log in, and your private contact information is not posted publicly.
